HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...They lied to me and ruined my X-mas - I ordered a neon St. Pauli Girl beer sign as a christmas gift on Dec 3, 2008 and never recieved it. My credit card was charged the same day but never got an email confirming my order. On Dec 19 I called to find out the status. The owner told me they don't ship products until they contact the customer first. When they call they won't leave messages in case the item is for a gift. I NEVER RECIEVED A PHONE CALL OR AN EMAIL. The owner said he was shipping it Monday (Dec 22) and I should get it by Tuesday maybe Wednesday (Dec 24). I called Dec 23 and IT HAD NOT BEEN SHIPPED YET and he gave me no guarantee that it will arrive on Wed. I don't understand how a place could do buisness like this. The owner was very UNAPOLOGETIC about my situation and made absolutely no attempt to try and keep me as a customer. Very disappointing!
