Brian w baron and william c behrndt lied to us countless times and employed illegal tactics to extort money from us for useless motion and incompetent legal services only to line their own pockets with our hard earned money. We came to them to seek custody of our daughter and ended up in the poor house due to their fraudulent billing for unneccisary phone calls and charges for false promises and using our retainer for worthless motions and more and more billings. I am a single mother and cannot afford to be abused once by by ex and now by this group of incompetent team of experts in taking our money and refusing to refund our retainer fees.

Think twice before hiring this lawyer or any in this firm as you will definately be ripped. now I lost by child and are being harrassed by these peoples. none of my support issues were even considered and my $ 5000 went down the drain. never would I ever give any money to Baron or Behrndt.

I have filed a state bar complaint in california, new york and new jersey. hopfully no one else will have to suffer like i have. I had to hire another lawyer to fix their errors and pay another $2500 for the mess they created. Don't be a victim of false promises and unreturned phone calls for months. These guys won't even show up in court and send some flunky associates who have no idea what they are doing. behrndt then talked about our case to collection companies to have us pay for his erroneous bills and horrible experience. Save your money and your family and don't go these lawyers. hire some one else and count your blessings that your did not get taken.
