E-Theft

Dear sir
Please let me introduce my self and my problem, my name is Sami Mahmoud, Jordanian, 40 years, Engineer were looking for a cheap mobile phone, after search I found this company (web site http://www.oojuy-store.com/index.asp) and contact them for iphone mobile mobile phone and as per emails here under I make money transfer for his bank account in china (bank of china), and they said they send me a shipmenty track number by EMS to Saudi Arabia, afterthen, they sent me an e-mail that I must pay a custome duty to complete the shipping process, as I didn't want to lose my previously paid money, I send the paymeny, after they receive my money no answer from them until now since a month.
please advice me what I can do with them and how to protect others to fall in my mistake and to stop them playing with your country credibility

I can understand one thing, I'm not in China, and don't know about the laws there. and you suppose to be aware of that. this is the first time I hear of an internet marketing company which ask the customer to pay the customs for a small item like this, when you advertise for the item price and shipping, that means the cutomer will pay this amount no more, otherwise you should include that in the price of shippin. Again, you pay my money back, I don't want your item, or hold the whole responsibility for any additional payment to send me my Item, otherwise, what is the advantage of buying my iphone with this huge cost. The matter is between your hand and you must solve it, and I will not pay any additional money.
