This company claims to be a dealer of apple. They also claim that they are selling original products on their website. When i place order for 2 Iphone 4, they told me that it will only take 4 days for the goods to be dilevered to me. However, when i ask the company after 4 days why i havent receive my goods yet, they are claiming that the goods are with the customs as they didnt pay for the tax fee. in order to get the goods to be sent to me, i need to pay for the tax fee which doesn't make sense at all. When i ask them for a refund, the passed to Mr david, the manager. He lied to me that he will pay for the tax fee and get the goods released who also promised to get back to me as soon as possible but even up to now, there is no sign that i will get my goods. I approach the company for a refund due to ineffeciency, but the company is claiming that i need to speak to the manager who is on leave and always busy at all time. I have been waiting up to now, no respond, their staffs are very rude and lack of training. I want to get my money back. I just cant wait anymore. Each time i contact the company, they will ask me for order number and they will not give any respond to your enquiry. If this is the way they deal with customers, more customers will get trapped and will lose their money. I hope that futher action can be taken against this company as soon as possible.
