Bekins moved my household on Nov. 15, 2005 and was due to deliver on Nov. 18, 2005. The truck did not make the delivery due to a "breakdown", didn't make it the next day either. I had a prepaid vacation with family at Disneyland for the 21st of November through the 22nd. No clothes, no goods no nothing and when delivery was made on Wednesday the 23rd there was damaged, missing and completely destroyed property.

I submitted claims for clothes for the days I needed, destroyed household goods and missing items, I would like reimbursement.
Also damaged furniture needs repair, especially the new furniture that had not a single scratch now marred..
Bekins has been completely ignoring my claims and I'm now on the verge of Small Claims Court.
