Unauthorized credit card charges
After ordering the trial offer, I tried to cancel my membership in the VIP club. No one answers the phone! I called for 2 weeks, different days, different hours of the day & there is no prompt to leave a message. I e-mailed & have sent 2 letters. They are sending me products & charging my credit card. THIS IS THE MOST UNETHICAL BUSINESS I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!

Took Money
I too have had nothing but problems from Belis. I chose the following plan:
"You are NOT enrolled in the auto delivery program. Instead, you may return to Belisi.com in the future whenever you want and buy the same products as in your introductory shipment for ONLY a small shipping & processing charge of $8.95 per product ordered. You do NOT have to call and cancel anything with a Lifetime Supply Offer."
I was told that I would be charged $69.95 for the product - and I was then sent this confirmation:
"Thank you for your recent order for Belisi Rx Lifetime Supply and welcome to the VIP Savings Club. Your introductory shipment should arrive in approximately 7 days. "
The message stated that the product will "arrive" in approximately 7 days. On March 18th I received my credit card statement and I was charged $69.95 for something that I had not received!!!
On March 18th I called and spoke to "Mel" and explained that I wanted my money back for a product that was promised but never received. It was now 17 days LATER than promised. She stated that she could not give me a refund but she would have someone "call me within 24 hours" about getting the refund. She reiterated this several times that someone would call "within" 24 hours.
No one called!
On March 26th I called again. Mel was the person answering again. I stated to her that no one called with 24 hours and that my credit card had not been refunded. She stated that she had contacted the warehouse to stop shipment. That was fine but they still had my money! I She stated that she could not give me a refund so I asked for her supervisor. I was told by Mel that her supervisor was in a meeting and that she was the only one who could help. I then stated that I wanted my refund for an item that was never shipped. She stated that she would get this taken care of by notifying the department that handles this.
Today is March 30th. Still no credit on my statement. I paid the credit card off as I do each month but this time for money that was taken from my account for something never delivered and which had now been canceled by Mel.
This time I spoke to Cym who gave me the same story that Mel had given me. She is not authorized to give a refund.
They now have had my money for almost one month (March 1, 2010) and have no intention of shipping me the product. They took my money efficiently on the day it was ordered and then followed up with a promise to deliver in approximately seven days - and then promised me a phone call with 24 hours for a refund - and now today on March 30th my credit card still has not be credited. They are now benefiting from having my money in their account for product never shipped. They benefit - we lose.
In between phone calls I sent messages to their customer service electronic address - but NEVER received any response!!!
I have lost so much valuable time in trying to get this resolved - and I have paid a credit card money for something they took from me but never shipped the product - and they have not provided an sort of resolution for all of this time and frustration! I had looked to become a long term customer of theirs but they failed in customer service and now have to deal with an angry customer who was RIPPED OFF! This is not a way to run a successful business!

scam
I wanted a trial offer and was to receive 2 products. Only one arrived and the second came several weeks later. I did not have the opportunity to cancel within the 14 days. I am now receiving more product and so far have been charged $139.85, today June 16, 2009 received another product with an invoice charging my visa account $38.99. I would like to return the product that I received today. I tried telephoning Belisi but there was no answer.

Unauthorized Credit Card Charges
This company offers RISK FREE TRIALS of a product called RX Instant Skin Tightener. The RISK FREE TRIAL is $1 plus shipping which ends up costing you $19.94. You have 14 days to assess and decide. I hadn't even received my Trial product when they charged my credit card and shipped my next shipment which also included a membership charge of $89.88. I was told that if I had read the Terms and Conditions before pressing "The I Agree" button, I would have understood exactly what I was signing up for. BEWARE of these fraudulent types of companies. Call Centres do all the transactions and do not have, or will not give you, any information. This type of on-line business should be outlawed but they save themselves with the Terms and Conditions MANY do not read. DON'T TRUST THEM. Once they have your credit card number they continue to charge your account with your authorization!!!

not disclosing ongoing membership of products
Hello,
I wanted to try the Belisi skin tightener, and received the product in the mail as promised (albeit 6 weeks later which was after the 14 day cancel period from moment order was placed). I have since received 1 additional shipment of product, and when I search my bank account have received 2 additional 29.95 that I have not approved. It is set up like a 'do nothing membership club' but do absolutely not share that information. I re-read the fine print, and even then am confused if buying 1 product constitutes an agreement to their membership terms - and if so what are there terms? They just say "we cannot credit back to credit cards" all over the place, again, scam #2. They steal from you (sending ongoing products against your will), don't tell you, then say their policy is not to credit back credit cards and if they do for a $75 fee.
It's very tacky to do this to the consumer. I have left a VM to for them to remedy the situation...will keep you posted. I mad at myslf, as I should have done my homework!

BE AWARE! Be careful about this 1$ free trial offer.
Make sure you read the TEMS AND CONDITIONS or this "risk free" trial will cost you a lot of money.
The way things are presented on their website it does not represent the reality.
It says in the Terms and conditions that you have 14 days to try the product and if not satisfied, you can call to cancel your membership. That is if you receive the package on time!!!
Then, always in the terms and conditions, they use words or sentences to get your trust like: cancel anytime.
If you call to get a refund: FORGET IT, they do not care about unsatisfied customers. All they want is YOUR MONEY!
I've been so desapointed about BELISI!
They take advantage that people are busy and do not take the time to read the small print and instead, trust the big print publicity.
