My friend was trying on dresses this evening. The floor worker was concerned it was too late to do this because if would require her to put up items before she got off work. It was 8:30. When my friend went to purchase her items, the worker said she had to put up any unwanted items first before she could check her out.
My friend wen to the juniors dept to check out. The young cashier said she had already closed out her drawer and would not help her. However, a cashier named Stella was extremely polite and waited on my friend.
I wish Belks would go back to commission so customer service would be better.

I stood in three lines for a total of 28 minutes to check out at the local Belk's. I wrote Tim Belk, CEO, but, of course, no response. I won't be shopping there again. Unacceptably poor service and customer response.
