2 Blackberry Curves break in 1.5 years... Bell & Blackberry won't replace or guarantee their products. They sell you bad products to get you to buy a new phone AT FULL PRICE. (Not the introductory prices you might be used to)
I got a 3yr term... locked in… paid $200 for the Blackberry
AFTER 6 MONTHS.. it broke.. Buttons just froze. Bell said it looked fine and that I didn't miss-use it... But the problem couldn't be fixed, so my warranty covered a replacement.
AFTER 11 MONTHS with 2nd Blackberry... The buttons froze again... same problem, no fault... not a scratch… but no solution... and this time no replacement.
I just use it for talking and texting... no internet etc. Bell Tech said 90% of their tech problem calls are for Blackberry
COMPLETE FAIL!!! Don't get caught with a garbage phone and a locked in 3yr contract like I did... because you'll end up paying for nothing!!!
I just want a phone that works!!!
