Urgent Complaint
I have a complaint for Bell TV Service (Satellite – Digital Standard – South Asian Combo Channel) that I ordered on 28th of Dec 2009 for $40.00 + tax ($30.00 for the Digital Standard + $10.00 for Combo (South Asian)). I told them that I bought a receiver from Future Shop for a deal $99.00 + tax and I will receive $100.00 as a credit from Bell TV Service. After one month which was in January I received a bill for $194.88. Since these calculations did not seem right I called Bell TV Service and talked to Laura (ID –EX70746 Confirmation Number A2Z73C2). She told me to not worry about the current bill since it was a mistake done by them, but to wait for another bill where you will see a $100.00 credit on it.
After two days... which on 29th of Jan 2010
I received another bill for the TV Service and a separate bill (Bell Telephone Service). The telephone service bill which amounted $145.90 (this however included the TV Service and the Telephone Service). Now I was questioning myself of why I am receiving two bills for only one service (TV Satellite Service) and since my phone service amounts $43.22 why am I getting a $145.90 bill? So I called again to Bell TV Service and talked to Marsha this time (ID No. EX 71351) she was from the Billing department. Now she told me that it was a mistake and it will be solved very soon. She said the same thing that Laura told me which to not pay this bill but wait for another one.
Since my problem wasn’t solved I called again this time I talked to Sabrina (ID No. EX65660) on 26th of Feb 2010 at 11:00 a.m. She gave a ticket number which was 20100226110613 for the credit which amounted $250.00 (which was for no reason charging me for the TV Service). Now again they are sending me $140.25 (which also included the telephone service). I talked to Eze (ID MZEFR) again he told me the exact same thing. Suddenly on 28th of March 2010 they had disconnected my satellite service for no reason. For this problem I talked to Tracy (Confirmation Number 20100329199176). Again she told me the same thing but she talked to me in a very disrespectful manner.
In summary, none of my problems are solved by any of the employees that I talked to. I haven’t received any credit. Now I don’t want their TV Service since I am really stressed out and fed up and also Iam a medical patient. Please solve my problem ASAP.
