We saw an ad at Bell store Yorkdale, offer student plan for 19.95$ per month + modem rental, this offer specifically for student and valid only 8 months. so we signed up, there was a similar package offer for Bell bundle with same price 19.95$. Because we currently have no others product with Bell, so we decided to sign up for STUDENT PLAN for my son. we did confirm with sale associate that my monthly will be 19.95$ + 3.95 for modem + tax, he said "YES", we also confirm that we have no other product to bundle, he said "you sign up for STUDENT PLAN" not bundle, if we have any other product than we will get $5 off for that product if we bundle. Here come the bill, charge us 41.95$ /fib 6, discounted 17$ fib 6, so our monthly is 25$ + modem+tax. We called Bell customer service, they claimed that sale associated is WRONG, NOTHING we can do for you, this is whats you have to pay. WOW! we felt betray. lured us to set up internet with Bell and paid $30 activation fee, now we have to pay for "Sale associate's error TOO?
We heard a lot of complaint about BELL customer services, and also heard that BELL is improved, but for better or worse? we want to cancell but also refund that activation fee that we paid because of dissatisfaction of services and pricing, BELL refused. Anyone please careful with BELL, i guess we will have to leave BELL and go back to ROGERS.
