Bell Canada Internet offers Fibe 12 service on their web site for $36.95 http://www.bell.ca/shopping/PrsShpInt_Access.page?regionToggle=true&languageToggle=true&userType=NEW&province=ONTARIO&myurl=CSQ&mobility_upgrade=false&userType=NEW®ion=ON&language=en
I took advantage of their offer late last year, yet when my (Bundled) phone bill arrived, the charges are $55.90, which include a Modem rental fee of $3.95, taxes Not included.
When I phoned Bell's Billing dept. to inquire, I was told that the $39.95 price was a promotion which is no longer available.
If the $39.95 price is no longer available, then why is it still posted on their web site and why was I given that price when I was offered the service?
I have been scammed by Ma Bell and from what I read here, I am not the only person who's been ripped off! Canada has the highest rates for Internet than most countries and the slowest speeds!!
Something has to be done to put a stop to this!
