Making crime legal
I have a cell phone from Bell on a 3 year contract, the phone quit working twice in the first 16 months. The 1st time was on warranty, the second time was not. Now to cancel my contract = $400 (20 months/$20/month) or I could outright buy a new phone (min. $250) or I could EXTEND my already useless contract and buy another equally useless phone. So I called Bell Retention services 1-888-687-4977 to express my dissent and iform them I'd be leaving as a customer, and the rep actually asked if I'd like to extend my contract or purchase a new phone... Am I in the twilight zone? Is this seriously their marketing training? Customer: I'm unhappy with your service and think you're ripping me off. Agent: Okay so would you like to spend more money? Fraud: deceit, trickery, sharp practice, or breach of confidence, perpetrated for profit or to gain some unfair or dishonest advantage. A person who makes deceitful pretenses; sham; poseur.
What a joke.

Horrible service
I have many accounts with Bell including 3 land lines, 3 internet, 2 mobility, for business and home, in very deep, so many configurations and business lines that can't be interrupted, cant take the ongoing issues and absolutely the worse customer service I have ever encountered. I need out, need a provider that can offer all with customer service that is customer service. Is there anyone out there that I can count on - or do I have to put up with the Bell ?
Too many issues to give details, all areas internet, cellular, landline. Overcharges, services not working, saying they will correct situations but manage to make it worse, insanely long wait time, dropped calls with customer service, after spending 20 minutes explaining with customer service, they put you on hold and the call is dropped, start again.

Deceit and Lies about Satelite package
I have asked Mr. Cope – your CEO, to investigate the blatant deception of your organization and disregard for consumer law.
I was sold a service that I could not get access to( see Letter), and was not advised that I would nor be able to. So I called to cancel it as a consumer has a right to do.
My next bill had it marked as cancelled – Then my next bill had it added back on and I have been harassed ever since.
I trust you can reverse this and remedy this.

I Have been a loyal – (yet reluctant Client ) - however, this is the straw that breaks the camels back.
I wanted to watch the Cricket World cup that is out of India. So I call up and find it is $200 - Once off - Paid at the next billing. So thinking that was expensive - declined and was offered a discount to$149.90. I Accept t that and ask how long will it take to activate - The answer 10 minutes to 3 Hours.
After 4 hours - I still see only a blank screen - I call back - to be told the matches are only broadcast at 11 in the evening and 4 in the Morning...So for the average working person - Which I am - this is out of the question.
- So I call the next day and want to cancel - YOU CANNOT !!! - It is paid in advance - You cannot cancel.
SO...Here you go ...you can get a PVR/DVR ...if you sign up for a 2 year agreement .
I am now getting all my friends on the street to cancel Phone and Internet and satellite feeds - I work for a large company that uses their services and as a senior manager will review all contracts with them, and start looking to get alternate suppliers –
I will tell all BEWARE OF BELL - they are deceitful and a bunch of liars.

I would like Bell to resolve its fee dispute with Quebecor, which owns Sun News. We've waited a long time for such a news program & enjoy it very much. We also miss it enough to consider a new provider. Please do this ASAP.

charges
I think bell is a scam not parucaly the store from where i bough my phone but when i first got my phone they told me that if i did not paye my contract for a year they will close my phone.But i have been putting money on my phone, i was not working at the time so it was my mom that put the money on my phone.But when i fanally got a job and that was just a few months when i put the money into my phone. I called in because i was so happy that i would be able to pay my phone sens i got my first pay check.But they told me that i needed to deposite atlease 600$ to reactivates my phone and my face just fell off.I have said for what i havent been using the got dam phone.Soi call in the next day and they told me a diffrent price that it would be 460$.So my mom got involved and called and told her that i needed to pay 200$. So we asked him to send us all the details of why it was costing so much and it did not show much of why they keep charging me these charges especially like 4 diffrent amount they can't make up there mind and they had to authority to cancel my service because it hasint been a year at all.

termination charges
After three years of bad service from Bell I chose to change servers. Bell has sent a bill with tremination charges of 187.03. I now have to pay them for leaving bad service? Is there any avenue that I can use to get ride of these charges? Thanks

Bell has me under 2 different Account Numbers...so billing is double, sometimes missing completely. Service disconnected Dec 8, took till Mar 26 to show credit of 572. Last week I rec'd AN 205508030 acct shows 0.00 amount due. Today, a Dsiconnection Notice on acct 210485646 for 637. Still pay monthly for phone and internet use, just can't have satallite off balcony. I am 10 months into my 1yr contract but when Bell changed my phone # and my account #- everthing has been crazy. Daily calls that I owe money. Explain it a million times, can't someone take note so the next CS person is updated without constantly disturbing their customer for information they already have been given. By the way, someone in acct transferred the 637. balance on the Old number to the New number BUT now still send me a disconnection notice for 637.28 in One week. I don't have to say make up your minds, do I have a zero bALANCE WITH BELL OR NOT/

Bell ripped me off. They charged me a ridiculous amount after I changed my cell phone Pla. SCAM. I hope Wind Mobile puts them out of business.

billing fraud by bell
Bell keeps sending me bills for charges i NEVER incurred...the are charging me 199.00 plus tax for a satellite receiver .I was going to get satellite service from bell but canceled it approx 30 days before it was to be installed.I spent 11/2 hours on the phone (rogers phone now!!!)bell agreed i did not owe them money ...gave me an incident number which i refer to whenever i call them to talk about this.I have been called many many times by bell threatening to send my acct to bill collectors...and in fact on several occasions telling me they were bill collectors. I am also bombarded by threatening letters and bills from bell I DO NOT KNOW what to do...i do not want them sending anything to anyone to wreck my credit!!!Especially nothing that will hurt my credit that isn't true!!!
