Bell TV Collection Calls
Hello Mr.James Myers,
My name is Naresh Kumar Sharma and my Customer ID 15233367ZZZ201 would like to
complaint about harrasment of my family by Bell TV.
Short story, I am a customer with Bell Canada for Home Phone Services and Bell
Sympatico internet services for last 12 years. Your Sales department made so many call for Bell TV
Services for a bundle service. After thousands of call from your company they got
me to have their Bell TV promotions and I paid almost $429.00 for their services and
after three months whatever channel they gave me to watch were cut off.
I cancelled my Bell TV and was told that there is no more bill against my account.
Now for the last three months I am getting calls from collection agency for payment
which is disconnection of my TV services. I told them I do not owe any money but they
keep harrassing me in my house by making several calls a week, I work mid-night shift and
they won't let me sleep in my own house. (Bell TV ) collection agencies.
I am still customer of Bell Internet and Bell Home Services and paying my bills for
last 12years. If you do not stop these illegal calls to my house and clean my name from
Bell TV bill payment. I have no choice but to go to small claim court and bring Bell TV in front of a Judge.
I am looking forward that you can stop this harrassment immidiately. If your office wants to contact

Customer Service
Bell Canada and more specifically Bell TV have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Their representatives are abrupt, insensitive to my concerns and often not knowledgeable.
My bill increases every year when I know that Bell does not require that much more profit.
It has too much power, far too close to being a monopoly and other than good technical support, is a total failure at customer access to responsible and courteous customer service.

Terrible service
Terrible service I received from BEll TV service. One of employee named Brian (employee #EX67378) provided the worst service you will ever get. He didn't answer my questions nor understand what I am talking about. The worst thing is that he said he is mad of me. I think I just have to post that to alert any other customers.

hidden 100 dallor fee
Warning: When signing up for a bell tv service they charge you installation fee. When there website state no installation fee. Why? I have talked with them and they saied that the fee we charge is a company protection fee to prevent loss of there products.
On my bill was a credit of $100 for installation fee but than I was charged $100 for a Protection fee. What the hell... I will not let any of my family members use there services ever again.
