Our 4100 Bell Xpressview receiver was working from last year and suddenly stopped last night. Checked all wirirng and every thing was fine. This morning, I called and was put through rubbish routines even though I said that the receiver upstairs which has a card works. Said I tried the downstairs one up there and did not work. Everyone I spoke to insisted that it was a wire was knocked out. IMPOSSIBLE. No one touches wires there.
I got arguements that it's impossible that the tv set out cable was not in. I said that we've been watching tv for a year with the same set up. But NO, they felt they were really smart. I said that I wanted a new receiver with a card as I am on the rental program. "No, that's impossible", was the response. They wanted to send a technician. I said no, because as soon as the guy enters the house, they start to charge.
BELL XPRESSVIEW IS THE BIGGEST THIEF.
