FRAUD
Financial fraud company. Be aware. They have illegally removed 80 dollars from my credit card in May 2011 for ordering FREE teeth-whitening trial. Now I have to cancel my card to stop money removal.

SCAM
My husband was filling out a shop at home survey, and told he would recieve a $1000 Walmart card. (whuich NEVER happened) . He was given the choice of several businesses and told he needed to do business with two of them. He chose Bella Brite because they offered a free sample with $1.00 for shipping. He gave a debit card number for the shipping. The next we knew, Bella Brite put a pending charge on our card of $78.41!!! My husband called and cancelled, and that very day the pending charge was posted!! Thinking it was a mistake, he called Bella Brite so the money would be returned. We are both disabled, and on fixed income, and this money was for food. The first woman he spoke to was very rude, and he asked to speak with a supervisor. He doubts that he spoke to a supervisor, but she was also very rude. He was told that if he returned the two small packages he recieved, he would get $60 back!! So this was a SCAM!!! There was never a free sample with $1.00 shipping, it was only a ruse to get a credit card to charge $78.41!!! This company needs to be shut down. They are a scam!!! We looked at the Better Business Bureau rating, too late I might add. Bella Brite has an 'F'!! I GUESS IN THIS DAY AND AGE EVERY COMPANY MUST BE CHECKED OUT!!! Why is Bella Brite allowed to SCAM people like this? We found complaints all the way back to 2008!!!

misleading advertising
A small add showed a woman w/child picture promoting 'Amy, an ordinary mom from YOUR HOME TOWN discovered a clever trick to get a celebrity smile for less than $6. Thanks to the trick she discovered, thousands of consumers have been able to whiten their teeth from home. This came w/two steps; STEP 1: First get 'Bella Brite' use our exclusive promo code 'WHITE' to get $1.00 shipping! and then STEP 2: Then get OrthoWhite use our exclusive promo code 'SMILE' to get $1.00 shipping! * This is the key. Use both products to get results like Amy. You got onto their website and read all kinds of testimonials. Once you order this product the system thanks you and at the bottom portion of same page another box to check commiting you to much, much more than a free trial offer. I did not check this box but later learned that under the 'TERMS AND CONDITIONS' I had unknowingly signed up for a whole program charging me $78.41 plus $5.95 shipping for ongoing shipments. I sent three emails to CANCEL SHIPMENT and I called first thing MONDAY MORNING. The very calm lady on the end of the phone explained I cannot stop the shipment and my only choice is to purchase the shipment at $19.41 or wait for the shipment and return it to them within 15 days. I chose the $19.41 along with lots of swear words and she explained I would receive confirmation via email within 24 hrs. I DEMANDED the email now and I told her I was staying on the line to await my email. She said she would check to see if she could push that along. I saw her email alright. I asked her if she sleeps at night! This operation should be SHUT DOWN!!! What a scam!

misleading andf fraud
They said it was a free trial. There was no free trial. You had 8 days to cancel membership. Basically you had to cancel before you received the prodfuct not to get charged the full price. Then you had to return the prodfuct unopened and undamaged. There is always a reason why it was damaged and you have to pay full price. Just a scam.

Fraud, Misleading Advertising
Careful folks, this is NOT a "Free Trial Offer". If you receive the product for the initial $1.00 charge you will be charged $78.41 at a later date. I consider this a very misleading form of advertising.
Be prepared that when you call, the man will be extremely cordial when explaining how you did not read the terms and conditions properly. Yeah, right! Carol

Fraud, rip off
I got ripped off as other people.
I ordered a free trial (my fault) only and later I found I CC was charged 78.41$, I called them right away, but no customer service on weekend. So I called on Monday, they said there's no way to get my money back, it's two days late to cancel my order. and they said I agreed everything on the order confrimation email which I just received after I called them on Monday. Even I send the unopened box back I still couldn't get my money back.
When I want them confirm what they told me by writing or asked if I can record their words, they hung up on me.

Is there anything people can do to stop their behavior, it seems we are all angry here but nothing people can do to stop them. What a ...

fraud
I am currently having the same issue as many others somehow they obtained my bank info and charged me 1.00 for a trial kit i didnt even order. I called them and told them to take me off record and i will return the package on my own expense because once you open the unmarked box its non-refundable. They assured me i would no longer be charged and then ofcourse 1week later they charged me 78.40 because they have yet to receive the package (which i dont believe) that they didnt even want back!!! I contacted my local bbb and they in turn contacted colorados bbb and i believe i may even get a lawyer for fraud and them charging my account without my knowledge!!! dont buy into it even if you cancel the trial offer you have to return the (unopened box) and they still charge you 19.99!!!

Charge on Credit Card
I ordered the sample pack and when I received it I noticed there sember to cancel the account seemed to be more than one sample in the package. I called the number on the bill to cancel the account immediately and received a confirmation number. When I received my credit card bill there was a charge for $78.41 US. I called the so called help line and was told that it was to late to reverse the charge. This company is a rip-off, they have false leading adds, no customer satisfaction!!!

I've Been Charged Full Price For A Product I Haven't Received
I ordred this product almost two weeks ago and haven't received it, yet i was charged the full amount of $79.40 on my credit card. What this company fails to do is make sure you receive the product within the ten day free trail period. I want this company (BELLA BRITE) to refund me all my money that they owe including the one dollar it cost me for the free trail.
