Financial fraud company. Be aware. They have illegally removed 80 dollars from my credit card in May 2011 for ordering FREE teeth-whitening trial. Now I have to cancel my card to stop money removal.

This came w/two steps; STEP 1: First get 'Bella Brite' use our exclusive promo code 'WHITE' to get $1.00 shipping! and then STEP 2: Then get OrthoWhite use our exclusive promo code 'SMILE' to get $1.00 shipping! * This is the key. Use both products to get results like Amy. You got onto their website and read all kinds of testimonials. Once you order this product the system thanks you and at the bottom portion of same page another box to check commiting you to much, much more than a free trial offer. I did not check this box but later learned that under the 'TERMS AND CONDITIONS' I had unknowingly signed up for a whole program charging me $78.41 plus $5.95 shipping for ongoing shipments. I sent three emails to CANCEL SHIPMENT and I called first thing MONDAY MORNING. The very calm lady on the end of the phone explained I cannot stop the shipment and my only choice is to purchase the shipment at $19.41 or wait for the shipment and return it to them within 15 days. I chose the $19.41 along with lots of swear words and she explained I would receive confirmation via email within 24 hrs. I DEMANDED the email now and I told her I was staying on the line to await my email. She said she would check to see if she could push that along. I saw her email alright. I asked her if she sleeps at night! This operation should be SHUT DOWN!!! What a scam!

Careful folks, this is NOT a "Free Trial Offer". If you receive the product for the initial $1.00 charge you will be charged $78.41 at a later date. I consider this a very misleading form of advertising.
Be prepared that when you call, the man will be extremely cordial when explaining how you did not read the terms and conditions properly. Yeah, right! Carol

I am currently having the same issue as many others somehow they obtained my bank info and charged me 1.00 for a trial kit i didnt even order. I called them and told them to take me off record and i will return the package on my own expense because once you open the unmarked box its non-refundable. They assured me i would no longer be charged and then ofcourse 1week later they charged me 78.40 because they have yet to receive the package (which i dont believe) that they didnt even want back!!! I contacted my local bbb and they in turn contacted colorados bbb and i believe i may even get a lawyer for fraud and them charging my account without my knowledge!!! dont buy into it even if you cancel the trial offer you have to return the (unopened box) and they still charge you 19.99!!!

I ordered the sample pack and when I received it I noticed there sember to cancel the account seemed to be more than one sample in the package. I called the number on the bill to cancel the account immediately and received a confirmation number. When I received my credit card bill there was a charge for $78.41 US. I called the so called help line and was told that it was to late to reverse the charge. This company is a rip-off, they have false leading adds, no customer satisfaction!!!
