Awful company
Telemarketer calls and speaks very fast and unclear, somehow they tell you the last 4 digits of your credit card. They then offer a $100 gas card, then starts spitting out offer after offer of what else you will receive. They speak so fast so you can't really understand what there talking about. They then start charging shipping charges for these products.
Out of 3 separate products and/or services, Bella Brite was the biggest scammer. They send you a unmarked box with no company name, so they know you will most probably open the box. Which they say you can return because you opened the box. There are no instructions in the box, just product information.
After 10-12 days they charge you $69.87 for the product. But before you can catch this on your account they send out another unmarked box. And now charge you $75.87. When you finally get wise you call them and they say your stuck with the first shipment but they will cancel any further shipments. But by this time you have been sent the second shipment.
Well now you must return the shipment within 15 days at your expense to supposedly receive a credit back of $75.87. To make matters worse they not only have your credit card number but the credit card they used was a old card that should have been canceled by the Bank. I just found out this credit card has not been in use and was tied into a upgraded credit card with a different number. I have serious doubts I will get the $75.87 refund. But I will fight both Bella Brite and the Bank to the bitter end.

Bad service
Warning! They offer a trial for 10 days. You have to cancel within 10 days or you will incur further charges on your account in my case $77.00. The email address on their website that they claim allows for easy cancellation doesn't work. Thats how they get you. By the time you get the product and go through all the hoops they have already charged your account. In my case on the 11th day. Please be careful.

Rip off
Beware of these companies that are actually one in the same but will deny knowledge of each other. My wife received a phone call from a man that stated he was calling on behalf of our credit card company and would like to send us a free gift. She told him that if there was any charge involved or she had to purchase anything that she wanted no part of it and he told her there was no purchasing involved.
Fast forward two weeks and while paying bills i noticed that our credit card was over its limit. I made note of the unauthorized charges and since it was late i had to wait to call until morning so in the meantime i researched these companies. What a surprise it was to find out that they would start billing my credit card 2 - 3 times a month each and upwards of $70 each time.
The next morning my wife and i called BOTH places and spent nearly 2 hours on the phone. We never received any packages but since they send them through the post office and don't need to be signed for, they put the USPS on the hook for it. We were transferred from one person to another and all were very rude. Finally after several hang ups from them i called our credit card company and reported these charges as fraud. Luckily they took it seriously and refunded our money and said they will stop any further charges from them and would not charge us an overdraft fee. Best of all they said if these companies tried again they would do their own investigation into them.
I know we were very lucky because they didn't have our bank account number but others aren't so lucky. A few tricks into there practices; as i said before, the packages don't need to be signed for so even if you don't receive them you still have to pay and have to go through the post office to get it cleared up. Second, they called representing our credit card comp. which was a very unwise move. Third, if you open the packages they send, you still get charged even if you send it back because they call it product tampering. Lastly, we requested the recorded phone conversation from the first call and what do you know? They start the recording after they claim to be representing a credit lender.
I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau and i suggest that everyone who has been scammed by these people do the same. If your situation resembles ours in any way call your card company and tell them you were defrauded. If enough people are making this claim then some one will drop the hammer on them.
Once again if they call and say they are from a credit card comp. notify your card companies ASAP because they DO take misrepresentation VERY seriously.

Fraud/charges
Bella Brite is a scam and will try and take you for your money. They will send you a lot of product with the "free trial" and if your not careful, they will charge you a one month supply. Then on top of that, even if you get your shipment returned to them on time, they will charge you $19.60 (at least that's what I was charged) because they say your box was received damaged. I just got off the phone with a "Steve" who claimed to be the manager. He said he will not refund my money because it's their "policy" and it states it in my confirmation emails. He also would not transfer me to his manager. If you've been taken, don't give up. Contact your financial institution, the Better Business Bureau, and the Attorney General's office if you need to.

scam
Company is a scam. This online ripoff company markets products Ivory White Bella Brite (same product), Eyepothesis, Ultimate facial, Bella Clear. All ship from the same warehouse at 6205 lookout road. If asked they will tell you "many companies ship from there' but only one company is in charge called convertis llc. Company is in such trouble with BBB and AG has had to stop shipping within Colorado. If you report them, not just threat to report them to BBB and Attorney General they will refund the money they took from you. Don't fall for free gas scam either...if you are offered gas rebate or partial refund they are still within timeframe that you can get full refund. Gas rebate is a monthly coupon that has to be sent in for 10$ at a time...Please report this company to the BBB and AG so that they cannot profit from their cheesy marketing scams.

Unauthorized charges
I ordered the product from Bella Brite and tried to cancel it right after I ordered when I realized I would have to send back product if I did not like it and wanted credit. They told me it was already shipped which is impossible. I had my credit card company call them and they still refused to give credit. They told me I would have to pay shipping $5.87 and $19.95 for the free( hi hi) kit. I was advised that when package comes just refuse delivery on the package and my credit card company would get me credit. I hope this will happen but when you are dealing with dishonest companies you usually wind up loosing. This was on a Target web sight. Beware to not order from this company.

Fraud, misleading advertising
I recently responded to an ad for "free trial offer" from the above company; almost immediately, I noticed a charge of $78.41 on my credit card!!! This is no free trial offer; this is malicious misrepresentation and I am outraged and want the company, if it truly exists, to refund me the money that was charged on my credit card. If you can do anything, please do so, and report this company to everyone and anyone!!! Thank you.
