Beware of this company! I was charged for a promotion that was not running from 10:00 a.m. the first day of my promotion and from 9:25 a.m. on the third day of the promotion. The promotion on the third day was APPROVED AFTER IT WAS BILLED FOR, at the end of my promotion period. I made very minor alterations to my promotion (changed the name of my business), followed TO THE LETTER the instructions for making it live again after ipromote "approved" the changes and the promotion did not run for the rest of the first day. The third day, again, minor changes (changed the picture of the jewelry shown) waited ALL day, checking my email obsessively, for the email showing the changes that were "pending" were now "approved" so I could make my promotion live again. Approval finally came, AFTER my promotion period ended and was billed to my credit card. Mistakes do happen, HOWEVER, they do not respond to repeated support requests via email; they do not answer the telephone; they do not return telephone messages left of their voicemail system; AND WHEN I SEARCHED for other divisions of this parent company, the only telephone number available was the same 1-800 number that nobody answers; left messages with the other divisions' voicemails as well, no return calls.
