The new management came in and ruined the living quality. I had no problems before the came then everything changed. The telephone number was change to a fax number and the did not notify anyone. The had the building painted and a roof put on but once again no notice. I would have been nice to bring my stuff of the porch before they painted it. Then they maid changes on the inside. This required tenants to empty all the cabinets and drawers. The counter top in the kitchen had to be cleared as well. Between the fumes from the work and the inability to access the food, pots, dishes, it was best to go somewhere else. I asked for prorated rent for the SIX days of work and they said NO! Now all the cabinet door are falling off, they broke the gas line to the stove(which I had to figure out while cooking dinner) and when they came back to fix it they chip the new coating on the counter. Then they had the nerve to raise the rent with no re-signing specials. This has Really left a POOR taste in my mouth.
