THEY TOLD ME IT WAS 1.00 dollar AND THEY HIT MY CREDIT CARD WITH 78.00.I CALLED THEM AND THEY SAID THE 1.00 CHARGE WAS A TRIAL FEE.I TOLD THEM I DIDN'T KNOW THAT AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY E-MAILED IT TO ME.SO I TOLD THEM THAT I WANTED MY MONEY BACK AND THEY TOLD ME THEY DON'T GIVE MONEY BACK AFTER THE TRIAL DATE IS OVER.AND THAT THE TRIAL DATE STARTS ONCE U PLACE UR ORDER.I EVEN TOLD THEM THAT THERE PRODUCT WASN'T OPEN ALL I WANT IS MY MONEY BACK>THERE SCAMES EVERY ONE WATCH OUT.

I recently opted for a trial of BellaBrite teeth whitener and decided it wasn't for me, I canelled the trial the very next day of the initial order and then noticed a charge in my account about a week later of $78.41 I immediately called the company and advised them of my cancellation and the advised me that they had no record of my call and that if I didn't have a cancellation email that I was still going to be charged and there was nothing that they could do. I talked to a supervisor and she basically laughed at me and I advised her that I would make a complaint and she said to "go ahead, they can't do anything" and she hung up on me. So I am making some complaints and hopefully someone can do something about this. I am 100% disabled and I am on disability so it's hard for me and my family to afford this, I ordered something that I thought would cost me $1.00 and it ended up costed me alot more. I have 4 children and am on a fixed income, I was a police officer who was injured in the line of duty and people like this should not be allowed to be in business if they are going to have these type of practices. I cancelled the account the very next day when I saw what they were going to charge me and then they basically called me a liar and kept my money anyway. I hope someone can do something about this company, thank you.

I was offered a free trial for $1 and then bellabrite took $78. 41 out of my account which emptied my entire ckecking account leaving me with a negative balance and an NSF charge of $30. When I called tried to get the problem dealt with they refused to work with me. I purchased the product n 3/24 but did not receive it until 3/29. I discovered the chg to my acct on 4/2 and immediately cancelled. They told me that I only had 7 days to try the product, but time ran from the order date and not the rect. date. I spoke to a woman named Jenny! I am beyond upset, I have been left with NO MONEY and a negative balance in my bank account! This company should be held responsible for their actions, of fraud, false advertising and theft! Additionally, I filed with BBB in Denver, CO.

Trying to save money and live on a tight budget was offered a free trial of Bella brite tooth whitening product. I was told I would be billed $1.00 for shipping and a free trial period of 10 days and they would bill me $78.41 if I did not cancel with in those ten days and they would send me more of the product if I decided I liked it. Well, ...I tried to cancel through the web (Easy Cancel) but it would not go through, this was a Saturday morning. I wasn't worried because I knew I had plenty of time before my 10 days was up. So I decided to call them on Monday. Well...by that time they had charged me the $78.41 for the full product amount without my conscent and it was posted on Sunday! When I called to ask them for a refund they were very rude and refused. They lied and said my ten days had past, but it hadn't. I have the email that shows the day I ordered it and the day they charged me the 1.00...I believe this company should be stopped and not allowed to do this to people. It is nothing but a scam, this is no accident.

i ordered the free trail all it said i had to pay was 1.25 u ended up takin 51.75 i wznt someone from your company to ring me to sort it out i want my money back i will be ringing the police if noone has contacted me within 24hrs i tried to ring the number u have for the uk but noone is there i dont think its right the u have a free trail when you are charging that kind of money you have stole 50 pound on me and im not happy so please get in touch
