overcharge
I ordered a free trial whitening teeth by telemarketer on Sept 25th . I received the free trial. . I have been charged after 10 days on my credit card with $69.87 on Oct 7th. I called customer service and they said there was nothing they could do about refunding the money, also the sample was sent to Pat Reilly
whom has false teeth but the money was taken out of my account.

i was charged for services before trial was up and when i go to the website to cancel it there is no link or icon or etc. to be able to cancel it if i want to

toothwhitening
Overcharged $84.36 for what was supposed to be a free sample I never ordered any of their products.I have three of their boxes which I have never used to now.I will send them back for a refund of my $84.36.

Charged without ordering product
I am so mad because a couple of days ago I recieved a trial and a full set of bellabrite to whiten teeth first off I have dentures, I did not order it and now they took $69.99 out of my bank account and I called and the person that answer the phone Mr Doug told me that I had ordered it and they had a recording which supposily they are going to e-mail to me. I cancelled the auto shippments that they were ready to keep sending me. I think it is so unfair and fruadulent that they are allowed to do this. That money they took out was more then 1/2 of my grocery money for this month to feed my children. I want to know if there is something I can do. Nancy Castro

deception
I only ordered the trial at $4.87 and they sent the next shipment with the trial without my permission then deducted $78.41 from my checking account. When I called the lady said that I ok'd that order when I checked the terms and conditions block. I did not agree to having that money taken from me in any form! Beware, they are organized thiefs and should not be allowed to sell this product! DO NOT ORDER THE TRIAL because it costs way more than $4.87!!
