unauthorized charges/misleading
I have been mislead, I thought I was getting the trail size for and recieved what tey say is a month supply. I did not authorize this charge and I would like my $78.41 put back into my acct. asap. This is a rip off. The customer service rep was extremely rude to top it off. This website is misleading and should not be able to get business in this manner. Money back, money back, money back. I am going to continue to try every source that I can come up with to get my money back. Have you no shame in the way you do business. Sherry Ashard

unauthorized charges, false product claims
I wanted to write this to inform everyone intelligent enough to do research before trying or signing up for Bellaclear, in hopes that this information will be useful to many.
Bellaclear was found to be quite fraudulent in their approach to dealing with the general public. From false product/medical claim statements regarding the medical benefits of this product to the unauthorized charges being placed on consumers as they see fit.
I feel that a company that has such a huge number of complaints on the internet, and realizing that only a small portion of people will ever take that time to complain, it is in my humble opinion that a legal action should be set into motion to protect consumers from future misleading product claims and the stealing of money from the general public.
Is this company/product so unviable that they feel the need to steal and lie to obtain business? It appears so, let the buyer (and unsuspecting) beware. With enough responses from readers, I will be happy to put forth action to help those taken advantage of by Bellaclear some recourse.

did not recieve all the products
i just recieved the prducts sat. when i opened the box the jar product was missing. there ouldwas no reciept in the box either. i w like to cancel and not keep the produts, i wll send them back as soon as possible. thank you!

withdrawl of funds from my bank account
Bellaclear had offered a 30 day free trial to use their product and I was supposed to be charged only the shipping and handling till this 30 day free trial on their product was over. They charged my account $78.41 on October 27, 2009. I feel that's not right what they had done and I want my this money put back into my account. It is called false advertisement what they have done and I am furious. I didn't even have a chance to see if the product worked and they withdrew this money from my account? I just want my money back and they can have their product back. Bad business!!!

Scam/Rip Off
SCAM - Ironically their street address is Lookout Rd so LOOKOUT, this is a scam. BellaClear's "trial offer" is actually a one month supply of their product, billable @ just under $90. Interested consumers are given one week to try the product and determine whether or not it has made a visible difference. We all know that is impossible. If you don't contact BellaClear w/in 8 days they will "conveniently" charge your card $81.28 plus s/h of $8.45. To add insult to injury, if you do cancel w/in their ridiculous time frame, you will only be given a refund on "unused portions". Thereby, it is not a trial at all as it is impossible to determine if a product works for you or not w/o opening & using the product.

Rid Off!
On June 22, 2009 I came across what seemed to be a great offer for a product called Bella Clear. The offer consisted of me paying a S&H cost of only $2.97 and I would then be shipped a "Free Trial" of their product. In addition, they made it clear that I could CANCEL at anytime by simply going to their website or calling an 800 number.
At the time, the product and the offer seemed great, so of course my first thought was to take advantage of a great "Free Trial" offer. Unfortunately, when I decided to cancel the offer, there was a catch. If I cancelled the offer at this point, my account would be charged a full $19.81 for using this "Free Trial" that I was being sent, or I could simply send it back by a July 9 at my own expense after paying the S&H costs and not even getting a chance to use the product.
This terrible experience has proven why I was and will always be skeptical about trusting any online products offering their version of a "Free Trial". The one time I choose to give a new company a break and try their product, it turns out to be a RIP OFF!

scam!!
What a bunch of scammers! I did not place and order for a damn thing but guess what popped up on my banking account. A charge for $78.41! I called them to get this charge removed. SORRY! NOTHING THEY COULD DO. I'm 50 years old and don't have ache. I don't have any kids with it. I've NEVER received anything. Don't know how they got my number. They said they could not or would not refund my money and hung up on me. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST OR YOU WILL BE SORRY CHARLIE. I WANT TO CHOKE THE LIVING SHIT OUT OF 'EM.

scams and cheats
I ordered a trial daily face treatment form acne for $4.94. I ordered it on the 13th and recived it on the 19th and BellaClear charged my account on the 23rd. I tried it and it broke out my face bad. I went on line on the21st and did the " easy cancel" .But when I seen they took the money I call and the man I talked to did seem to be bothered with the Co he works for cheats people
