To Whom It May Concern,
I wanted to file a written compliant to you in regards to the door/host service that is used to service customers at the Bank in the Bellagio. I called a week in advance to book a table/bottle service for Saturday evening May 22nd and nothing went according to agreement with your host, Brad Thomas. I booked a one bottle table with Brad and was told no problem because I was booking one week in advance. I was told no waiting in line, no cover, and a table with a bottle like I asked, but none of these happened! My group and I waited in line for over an hour, even after getting there a half hour before opening. Had to pay cover and the staff gave my table to another party! I don't know if Brad is at fault or if the door staff decided to give my table to someone else, but Brad told me that is what happened. My table was sold to someone else that ordered three bottle at the door! This is very unprofessional and clearly just an attempt for revenue building with no regards to customer service. That evening was suppose to be a job promotion celebration for my wife and her friends and the Bellagio truly let us down.
There are so many options for a night out in Las Vegas and for the Bellagio/Bank to treat customers like this is inexcusable. I will be sharing my experiences with all of my family, friends, and colleagues as well as online.
Also, I have sent this email to Rivka Noble a week ago with no response back.
