Do NOT shop at Bellini in Cincinnati Ohio. It could have been the biggest mistake of my life buying my babies furniture from this store along with numerous custom items. The couple that own this store continued to screw me over and over again. When I finally received the last of my items, it had been almost 5 months since first ordering. I spent well over $10, 000 at this store and in this day and age, that's a lot of money considering the economy. They never would call with updates as to where my products were but the worst part is that they forgot to order not one but three of my items - mind you I paid in full when ordering. This store is way overpriced and has zero customer service. Do not shop here...
