I bought a coat rack last December 16, 2009 and they promise to deliver December 19, 2009 and since its snow storm so i understand to delay the delivery and then moved to December 21, 2009 Monday and they let me wait for them and i took an early off at my work just to be present when they deliver the item, because nobody is around in the apartment except me, Cris. So i waited from 5pm to 10pm because when i call them they said its gonna be delivered to i waited only to realized that they were just fooling me around. Then Wednesday came December 22, 2009, they deliver the merchandise so i was so excited since i was yet in my work when they deliver it, and upon seeing the coat rack I was aboslutely surprised coz it was so rusty, so so rusty, its as if merchandise not being sold for so many years and wasnt taken cared of. So i called the store and told Zolma the owner that it was rusty., her answer surprises me even more when she said " darling all our coat rack are they same rusty, ok bring the merchandise back to my store and see the other coat rack that are also rusty." and choose from among here..i dont understand why would there be such store deceiving customers? i trusted them coz they showed a perfect example of coat rack free from rusts, then deliver a very rusty one? after paying them the full amount??
