Dear Representative of Beltel,
My name is George Uwaifo from Mexico, about 2 weeks ago, I purchased a cellphone (Iphone brand) from a seller on your site with the alias 'angel_angel'. I exchanged a number of correspondences with this seller with respect to the characteristics of the phone like the frequencies of operation ( Frequency: GS850/GSM900/DCS1800/PCS1900MHz(Four Frequences))and I was convinced that the phone and it's advertised characteristics where in tact as advertised on your website www.beltal.com.

Today, the 26th of September, 2009, the product I received way very different from what I saw on your site

1. Firstly, this phone is basically a 'HIphone' brand which I did not order on your site
2. It is bigger in width than the phone I paid for on your site
3.The color advertised is 'red' and I was sent the typical CECT HiPhone black and silver
4. The seller angel_angel (who also manages the website http://angel_angel.beltal.com/) declared the product with a value of $630USD($8500.00MXN) as against the $142.87USD advertised on your website www.beltal.com.

5. The site advertised a 16GB Iphone and I received a 2GB, slow HiPhone

6. Due to this fraudulent attitude, I was charged a 15% tax of $94.44USD which frankly is the cost of better cellphones on websites like www.totobay.com or www.lightinthebox.com

7. Finally and the worst of all is that, the cellphone is not functional with any of the cellphone companies like MoviStar or Telcel with the advertised frequencies ( Frequency: GS850/GSM900/DCS1800/PCS1900MHz(Four Frequences)) . It is either the phone is fundamentally flawed or it does not have the advertised frequencies.

8. In total, I have spent a total of $237.31USD in the purchase of this worthless HiPhone named Iphone 3g 16GB

I have been doing business with chinese companies (including yours) and never have I had a bargain this bad. This is what I expect from your company in order to avoid a very bad publicity for your organisation and your website www.beltal.com . I want my money refunded via PayPal or via Western union ($237.31USD) and I will send back your product via the same postal service if you pay for the postal fees.

This is what I intend to do if my money is not refunded (this is not a threat, it is a promise), it is a measure to avoid other innocent clients from falling victims to this seller on your website. Sellers should be well investigated before they advertise on your site

1. I will send a copy of this mail to paypal.com and various fraud monitoring sites on the internet
2. I will inform the Chinese trade and commerce organization and any other related organizations
3. I will send a copy of this mail to your rival sites

This is not what I want, I just cannot afford to lose money in this fraudulent way via a trusted site like beltal.com.
Please resolve this case as soon as possible. I will also send a copy of this mail to the seller angel_angel
