Hired as Administrative Assistant @ 9.50 Hr. - I was the only one with hourly wage. All other employees were paid based on sale scam for the elderly on hearing devices. When refunds were to be given back by the elderly they refused until threatened by an attorney to pay elderly back. I quit in the afternoon after the third phone call and customer who came in yelling at me. They were always losing orders, extremely unorganized, and nothing was ever the way they said it would be. After quitting (I was the 4th person in two monthes) they refuse to pay me. Girl in Coquille office just wanted to talk about her personal life all day and never new what to do about any crisis. It took them close to a month to pay me and when they did, my check was shortened by $200.00. My pay showed $9.00 hour instead of $9.50 and all the extra sales I made for them on side were not given to me. I saw today where the girl behind me is no longer there and they are rehiring. They say they are christians and family comes first but they wouldn't let me attend my daughters graduation awards. That is why I left. My daughter was more important to me. They lie!!! DON'T WORK THERE!!! Main office is in Coquille. They check the eldery's credit without asking them and pretend to give them a discount. The employees work so hard and get nothing unless them make a sale.
