This facility closes there bathrooms at 9:oo pm and they do not close there ice cream parlor until 10:00Pm
I am looking into calling the city oprdinance dept to see if this is acceptable.
The owner and Big Huge manager female were rude and un professional.
We visit the ice cream parlor frequently after supper in the area of Webster Texas.

This facility is located on Bay Area Blvd at the corner of Texas.

This is the 4th or 5th time We were not aloud to use the restrooms and we were there no later than 9pm getting to the parlor.

We were told to go down and use Buffalo Wildwings restroom.
I did this already 2 times previously thinking they were just cleaning the restrooms at the ice cream parlor.

Plainly we were spending money in Ben and Jerrys not Buffalo wild wings and thought this was not an appropriate thing to do.

We will not be visited the establishment ever again.

This company also has a kid toys in the restuarant and told my children they had to sit on the dirty floor to play with the toy (which was a table top toy ) beads on wires that you move around. Mostly seen in Hospitals, doctors offices etc. About 2 ft by 2 ft toy with a flat standing serface which should sit on a table or be mounted, Most moms know what these are.
Anyway they said the toy can not sit on the table and had to be played with on the floor only!!! as it may scratch the table tops. The floors were dirty and who lets their child a toddler sit on the hard tiled floor where people walk through. This is not a big place and its a high traffic area where my child would have had to sit.

I think they should do away with the toy or mount it to a childs table so kids can sit at a table and not on a floor to play with it.

The manager was rude, and cruel and did not care to loose us as customers.

He doesnt have to worry. Please be advised this establishment is not worthy of the Ben and Jerrys Name.

I know that Ben & Jerrys are franchised out so this has to do with the establishment on Bay area blvd at Texas in Webster Texas only
