I had a really bad experience with Ben telecommunications (www.ben.nl) and therefore I want to file a complaint against them as they have discriminated on the basis of nationality.
I wanted to convert my prepaid plan to a subscription plan, but when I tried to do so, my application was not accepted because I am from a particular nationality (Indian). I called Ben customer service several times(more than 10 times) but there was no result. In the end, the customer service executive said that because of your nationality we can not provide this subscription to you. This is ridiculous and against the Dutch law that prohibits discrimination on the basis of gender, race, and nationality. I am really disappointed by the discriminating service of Ben.
