I hired Ben Rinker to install and repair outdoor lighting at my business in Mount Cobb. We have repeated have had to call him to come back out to fix the lights which are always malfunctioning. The lights fail to work as promised. Ben Rinker has taken a nasty unprofessional and cocky attitude when i have called stating my concern there is a substantial issue with his workmanship and with the quality of fixtures he installed which are malfunctionming. Today Ben Rinker told me to sue him, which i am going to do. I have filed a complaint against him with the Better Business Bureau and the Pennsylvania Attorney General. Ben Rinker ignored voice messages telling him there is a problem and hides behind caller ID. For two weeks now Ben Rinker has ignored my calls and has refused to repair the electrical problems he created on my property.

My last call was not returned at all, i left several messages on his cell phone which were also not returned. Finally while leaving a voice message on his home answering phone stating i expect the work fixed or i will be forced file a civil lawsuit against Ben Rinker Electrical Contracting for deceptive business practices, he picked up the phone. He was screening the call and not being responsible despite having been paid thousands of dollars. Ben Rinker himself, using profanity, said: "You bettter fuc@##ing find another electrician to to do your work" Ben Rinker has demonstrated by his actions he is another thief in poconos disquising himself as a contractor and should be avoided. Ben Rinker is thief and does not honor his written one year warranty. He should be avoided at all cost. If you expect him to fix any problems later on you can see by my experience he is a thief and you can forget it. I paid Ben Rinker in full so this is not a case of him not being paid, this clown was paid in full for the job and has zero reason other then being a thief to fail to fix his shoddy work.
