I took my vehicle in for a normal full on service and it came back with a noise in the enjine. After I took it back and got a quotation again with similar items as what was done before it broke down and is costing me a brand new engine now. Why do they take you for everything you do not have and still some more??? I am a woman on my own and cannot afford this. Who will help me? I want them to refund me and pay for at least half the new engine.
