The product does not work as advertised. This is an acne product and an acne product ususally takes a month or so to know whether it works or not. This product does not work at all and actually made my daughter's breakout worse fortunately she is a sporadic breakout person. I had to fight however for a full refund because we contacted them after 30 days (my daughter had gone off to college) and because she had used the product for a little over a month. It had been used a while to give it a fair shot since acne face washes take a while to work and her breakouts are sporadic. The second breakout made her quit using it because it was one of the worse breakouts she ever had. A falsely advertised product or a faulty product should always be fully refunded.
