SO MUCH FOR MY FIRST NIGHT OUT IN NINE MONTHS!!

I just had a baby three weeks ago via C-Section. My boyfriend and my friends convinced me to go out to Bennigans for St. Patricks. I had not been out of my house at all during this time so this was my first night out. We got VIP passes and got a table inside. Then out of no where a couple that was sitting next to us started arguing with my boyfriend. Imediatly two staff members grabbed my boyfriend and since I was with him they grabbed me as well. They threw me on the floor and not knowing what was going on I started crying hysterically not to mention the pain I was in hello!! my surgery is pretty recent!! one of the staff members grabbed my arms and tore the straps of my dress off my breast were hanging out I was exposed to the public then the other guy grabbed my legs and they both dragged me outside like I was some sort of criminal. I lost one of my shoes and they would not let me back inside the place I wanted to file a complain and they completely ignored me it was completely humiliating!! between my boyfriend and I we spent $20 each to get in plus the cost of food and drinks inside and all to be treated like trash. I am never going to that place again even if they payed me!!

We Stopped into Bennigans on Route 73, In Mount Laurel, NJ 08054 to sit back, relax, have a drink & a Bite to eat. We selected their "Big Irish 1 LB Burger" which claimed to be "Perfectly Grilled" on the Menu and we requested them to be "Medium Rare" & "Pink in the middle"...

The waitress indicated that we could not get them "Medium Rare" indicating some type of problem with policy or the Cook. I intern asked her "Who is going to Eat Them" to which I did not receive a reply & further instructed her to tell the cook to take them off the grill 30 to 45 seconds prior to them being fully cooked. She turned & went to process our order...

When she returned with our order not only were they not "Medium Rare" they weren't medium or even well done, but Crusty Burnt from 1-2 to 3-4 inch from the outside edge right in towards the middle...

So much for sitting back, relaxing, having a drink & a Bite to eat as the there no attempt to satisfy any of our needs or requests, including asking us what kind of Cheese we wanted or would we like fries onions...

Even after sending the "Burnt Offerings" & a very strong letter of Complaint to Bennigans Home Office, there was absolutely no attempt what so ever to satisfy this gross disservice forced upon us over this very, very, unpleasent & agravating dining experience...

They will never get a second chance to impugn us ever again.
