While watching TV one evening an ad came on to order coffee machine at a reasonable price. However when I was ordering via telephone - no live person to speak to - I changed my mind because the coffee for the machine was too expensive - so I stated to cancel the entire order. I received the machine and a bunch of coffee - which has not been opened. I have been charged on my charge card. I left a voice message at Bennoti company number listed on the shipping box - but no one calls me. I cannot afford this machine with the high priced coffees. Sorry. I did cancel - I need to return machine and get my money back that was charged on my charge card. Please answer this.
