My name is Antonia Dejesus my address is 116 douglas rd roselle nj 07203. I bought a 2007 Hoda Accord LX from Benny at Benny Motors on April 10, 2010 with 23000 miles for 10, 800. Benny gave me the car fax I saw that there wasn't any accidents on the report nor had anything failed and Benny assured me the car wasn't in any kind off accidents. About 1month ago I started to have problems with my brakes and roators I informed benny that I had the problem he told me to take it to about three different mechanics first which I thought was insane he said that he would fix them if I brought it back to ny I went ahead and fixed it on my own then I started to notice my car door wasn't shutting properly and the interior on the roof was coming down I took it today to a honda dealer to check everything out I was told that I had no air bags in the car and the light that is suppose to come out on the dash board indicating that there was no air bags doesn't because the light bulb had been taken they also discovered that the car was indeed in an accident had I had known that I would have never purchased the car. I have a 7month old son and it is NOT safe for us to be in that car. All I'm asking is to return yhe car and get my money back. Please contact me ASAP 908 6272533
