3 am phone call waking household. When I called later to complain, the person wouldn't give me their name yet this was the first thing they asked me when they called at 3 am. In this day and age who doesn't have access to which time zones exist in different area codes? It leads me to think they either aren't thinking before they call or don't care. In either case no one I would ever do business with.
