I spent six months in a townhome that was not remodeled properly. For example: I had two leaks on the ceiling which i had to use a bucket when it rained. Also, everytime it would rain all the water would come from under the door or from the top of the door frame and had to use shamwow in the middle of the night. My rent was going to go up and I had decided to look elsewhere and gave my notice two months prior. Well I received a call from collections agency and they claim I owe bermuda over 1, 000 dllrs for breaking the lease. So i contacted Bermuda and the very rude manager which is a different one because everytime they change staff she told me in the end after she verified my records that I was right. SO now she said to contact corporate and show them proof to the collection agency. No one has called me back from corporate after 3 attempts and I have faxed them also. I hope I find my copy or else I am screwed. I lived at Bermuda for 2 years and a half and this is how they thank me.
