I tried the free sample and had problems with the product. I wrote and also called the conpany to cancel my membership last monthy, when I checked my checking account, two transactions were deducted totally $64.36. I DO NOT want the product and when I called, the person answering the phone did not identify herself and then said "please hold while I answer another call' I was then put on hold for almost 5 minutes before I hung up. I WANT this membership CANCELLED at once and my money refunded to my account! S. lepka
