Yesterday (06/08/2010), I travelled by Emirates airline from Dubai to Dar es slaam, Flight number EK 725. I was told that my Luggage could not be found and therefore I should come back the following day. After almost 2 hours I requested a complain form which I was granted, but soon after I had finished writing my Complaint, someone came and told me that my bag has been found.
It is really frustrating to be told that my Bag was lost considering that it was a direct flight from Dubai. It was not fair for me as an old woman suffering from Heart problem to be put in such a frustrating moment.
I am requesting a compensation of US$ 120 for my time and healtthy problem caused by this event.
