unauthorized billing for "membership"
Ordered merchandise (cologne), declined all offers to join anything, and actually did receive the merchandise. But a week later my card was billed $9.95. Their number, 866 529 3413, acknowledge they accepted my cancellation, but maintained I had accepted membership. Do not use this vendor!

It's a totally fraud company with all the unauthorized charges of "processing fees and MEMBERSHIP fees that customer is not awaire of" !!! I see posted complaints go back to 2009, too bad I didn't do my google searh before I placed an order there, BUT Why they are still in a buness and get away with this scam!!!

Membership Scam
On October 25 I ordered one DVD for $13.95. On that day my credit card was Charged $1. On October 26 my card was charged $14.05. On October 31 my card was charged $19.95. On November 23 I called them to ask what was up. They told me that the $19.95 was for my monthly membership dues. I knew nothing about the club and told them I did not want to be a member. They said they would refund one month's dues. I then asked what the $1. charge was for. They said that was a service fee to confirm my credit card and that they would refund it. BEWARE!

Fraud
This company charges you a monthly fee after you order something from their website. It automatically signs you up for this membership without you knowing about it when you purchase an item from their site. They stole $30 from me and I feel this was fraudulent and would like a refund! Their customer service is horrible when you call them as well! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Membership Scam
I shopped for a particular book on-line, and found a great deal. I ordered the book from a company NOT called Best Brand Values. Shortly afterwards, I received an emailfrom Best Brand Values, a company I had never heard of. Buried in their confusing text is notice that I am now a memeber and will be billed $19.95 a month for this membership unless I cancel in 3 days. They assigned me a password to use also. I immediately searched to find a way to cancel the membership, and when I found it, the password I was given by the company would not work. I ended up calling them by phone, and I have now received an email from them acknowledging my cancellation. This is fraud! Buried somewhere in my book order from an entirely different named company, was this membership that I absolutely do not want. This is a scam, and had I not diligently checked my emails, I would have been stuck with a monthly charge I do not want.

Fraud and Deception - Highly Unethical Company
I placed a large order for books on a Wednesday, get an email on Friday evening saying my 3 day free trial membership is over on Saturday and I will be charged $19.95/month or I can call their 24/7 phone line to cancel. Conveniently enough the phone line is a perpetual busy signal. So I tried to cancel online where you click to cancel membership and it asks for your password, which again I did not setup. They have the whole site rigged for you to fail at cancelling any supposed membership that you signed up for yet they still have all of your information available to them.
All of the search engines need to be informed of their fraudulent activity so that they will be removed from key optimization words when people search for certain products. My bank said for me to file an online fraud police report and bring it back to the bank so I can get my money back. Everyone that gets ripped off like this needs to do this so they don't keep walking away with our money.
People we have to fight this corruption and stop this company and others like it from making a living off of our misfortunate trust.

charges
I had ordered a DVD from this company for $6.75. Then I was charged $19.95. I called and canceled my account cause I did not know about these charges. Then today I get charged again the $19.95. Once again I called them and they acted like so what. They also go by the HMS name for movies. Here are my charges
