Dear Sir,

We have requested to increase the frequency of the buses but from the last 1 month the frequency has been decreased than before.There is no single bus between 6-7 p.m.
If there is an traffic problem other buses are available from filter pada at the same time with no. of frequency but only 421 is getting the problem of traffic or what.

Awaiting good response from your side please treat this matter as most urgent and reply.

Madam,

This refers to your mail to us. The Undertaking is operating buses on route 421 at an interval of 11/13/12 minutes. It is ensured that all buses are operating as per schedule. However on scrutiny, it is noticed that the buses are held up in traffic congestion en-route, resulting into irregular operation on this route. The concerned division is also monitoring the operations to ensure regularity.
