I bought 21 inch Apple I Mac computer from Best Buy 3 months ago for aprox. $1700.00 worth of I Mac, software, ink cartridges, printer, and extended warranty for 4 years(Black tie) I guess this is by Geek Squad.
After 3 months, one morning my computer would not start (Boot).Called apple and been told to take back to original store and have them checked, which I did.Geek Squad tech told me there is a problem with hardware and since the computer is under warranty they will fix it and it will take 2-3 weeks.I left my computer with them to be fixed and after 2 weeks they called me to come pick up my device.That was today, went to pick it up and Geek tech said that is nothing wrong with hardware they had to do nothing and there is a software problem, they can fix it for $200.00.I raised hell, I was loud and so upset with what I have been told.They could not fix it for 2 weeks and now they will fix it but for $ 200.00.Damn with all of you at Best Buy and Manager was watching from the side.When I asked to talk to a store manager, he was standing by and said I am the one .
Told me to calm down and see what he can do, and starting to whisper to GEEK squad tech.I waited another 3 minutes and snapped again.Hell with all of you, took all paperwork, my computer went to a Apple local store and got diagnosed that my hardware needs to be replaced.Apple is going to replace it for free since I have One year warranty.I am going tomorrow to cancel my warranty, and after I pay off this computer never will go back and will cancel my credit card as well, and tell everybody not to buy from ever.
