Well, it's just like all the other complaints...credit card charged and that's the end of it! Item purchased 12-08-10, shipped (?) 12-28-10, nothing since! No return email contact, no person returning phone messages, no shipping tracking number, no product arrival. I will give them one more week to get the item to me or I will also notify the bank, better business bureau, and police department of credit card abuse. So Ken, how about a call to Grand Saline, Texas (You have the number)?

Order # FX24307624 placed on 6/22/10. Received e mail that order was processed, on 6/24 received e mail that order had shipped and that tracking number would be provided by end of business day on 6/24/10. Received nothing. Seven days have passed as of today. Sent numerous e mails, no response

Order# FW26307785 placed on 6/29/10 Got mad, figured I'd re order and pay for next day air shipping charges. Bad mistake. Placed order for exact same items. Next day air it should have arrived today, 7/1/2010. Nothing delivered, received e mail with my order number but no tracking numbers provided.

This company then gives you a login password and tells you to log in and you can see your order status. You login and there is nothing on the website to look anything up.

This company is a rip off fraudulent organization.

I'm filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, The Statate Attorney General of California and also the FBI Internet Fraud Division against this company.

I placed an order on this website on 06/07/2010. They have a 115% lowest price guarantee. The order process never allowed me to enter the website and lower price I found online. It is now 06/15/2010. I have emailed the company 3 times and have not had a response. I have called and left a message and have not received a response. My order is still "pending" on the website.

Stay away from this company. I ordered components early November...was told it shipped December 15...asked for a tracking number and was told I was a crook. Thankfully my CC company was able to get me money back. The owner's name is Ken...he is very rude and would not send me tracking information. Just google their name and you will see many more instances of how they treat their customers.
