I purchased a maytag washer and dryer combo in march 2004. on FEBRUARY 3 2011 when i was doing my wash my washer started to make a real loud noise., I then called best buy and explained the noise and they supposely have master technicians who can diagonise the problem with out even coming to your home.(what a crock)., however Ihad an appt scheduled for thurs feb 10 between 8-12, no call no show from best buy., so i call and they say oh your appt has been rescheduled to sat feb 12., once again no communication from best buy., they show up on the 12 and state oh your transmission is no good so we have to order you parts., once again they leave and say we will call u within the hour with the new date., once again no call., i have to call best buy and get my appt date and time., so thurs feb 24 comes and once again they are scheduled to come between 8-12., Bob calls and says we have your parts we will be there., it is now 12:30 and no best buy., i then call again and they say oh were not coming its cheaper for you to go and select a new washer., i am now at 3 weeks with no washer and a family of 8 to wash for., I then call to make a complaint and they supposely do not have a corporate #., Best Buy customer service and management sucks and i would not reccomend any one doing business with them., I now have to select a new washer and wait an additional 3-5 days., and the worst part, they tell me that I can not transfer my warranty that i have to purchase a whole new one ., what kind of sh-------- is this and they made the decision to switch the washer., Bset BUY SUCKS AND I WILL NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.
