I purchased a Samsung refrigerator from Best Buy and it was delivered 2 hours late and the delivery man said it was to large for the space and ranted and raved, it fit perfectly into the space after his tantrum. Not to mention he scratched the front door carrying it in .
Plugged it in and it did not work, no cooling what so ever, delivery man also tore the ice and water lines off the back, called the store and the manager told me after it leaves the store it is not his problem, told me I had to call corporate, did that and they gave me a 6 hour window for someone to come the next day, have not heard from them and still living bout of an ice chest. NOW WHAT, I am out $2000.00 and still have no refrigerator.
