Purchased Net Flix and electronics
Went into Beast Buys to sign up for installation to Net Flix. The person who sets it up Greg Whitehead needs to be educated for this position. I finally got them to come to my home, I explained exactly what I had which he said would work, but wouldn't.The installer had it together and told me that my web card from Alltel would'nt work even after I asked Grag if it would. I called Jacob ( installer) if I neede more blu rays and another TV. He says yes, comes to my house but cant finish because the webcard wont work, not enough download. So I hook up to Infowest have it allready to go. Now I call, I go in, each time I get lied too for when they will be there. It was only to cost $99.00 but to buy everything and cancel alltel, it costs me over $900.00. The problem is I've spent all this money, waited and lied too. When I go in Greg looks like hes going to wet his pants, tomorrow he will. I've had enough. Don't lie to me, I'm a good man but can only hold it so long. What has happened to service now days? Best Buys lost my confidence. it's been over a month now, I hate to lose my temper but how do you get them to respond. If I have too i'll shut the place down, I'll put it on the front page of the news paper whatever it takes. But Greg has one day or I know i can ose his job. Any suggestions before i do thingsI'll regret? Can you help me out? thanks. Kirby Lambert

Fraudulent charges
In February went into the Best Buys, which by the way should change it's name because Walmart out price them on a lot of the same items, to have my laptop serviced because I was told by Toshiba that Best Buys is an authorized dealer for them. I was refused service because I didn't have a receipt where I had purchased my laptop from them. What is worse is this information came from one of the managers. It shouldn't matter that the laptop wasn't purchased from them. That is not a requirement. I contacted Toshiba and complained about the treatment I received and they told me that should not have happened.
Today 4/10/09 I went in to buy a charger adapter for my laptop. One of the Geeks came out to assist me and showed me one that cost about 109.00 and I told him I didn't want to spend that much. The clerk said that I couldn't get one any cheaper than that and I told him that he is incorrect because I just left a store selling it for 89.99 and his remark was "fine then" and walked away from me.
Where does this lack of concern for the customer come from. To be as expensive as they are, they should treat the customer better since we are being overcharged to begin with. I have had other friends to tell me the same thing.
I was happy to assist a customer that was looking to buy a boost phone for 39.99 I happily told her she could get it cheaper at Walmart for 19.99. She even said the customer service there is terrible. They will end up just like Circuit City at the rate they are going. They will never get a dime from me unless its my last and only option and even then I will think about it long and hard.
