Below is the email received from our supplier in Hong kong. They have sent a parcel on 30/08/09 To:Magicwell Limited Attention to: Rashmi Prabhakar Khedekar vide EMS NO: EE 844 872 992HK but till date we have not received it. When checked with EMS in Hong Kong, they have informed that it is lying with India Customs.
Hence requesting to you to kindly look into the matter & let us know when can the above parcel will be delivered to us.
