I took two pairs of shoes for resole and heels in Feb '08. I paid $70 a piece for the work and one month later, one pair of shoes had the sole splitting already. I took them back in and the store repaired them for no charge. A few months after that the other pair of shoes were splitting at the "new" soles and one heel was coming apart. And, the first pair that had already been repaired twice, was coming apart again. I took both pair of shoes back and Best Foot Forward acknowledged the workmanship was poor and their fault, but all they would do was repair the shoes again, taking a small portion of the total price off. They wanted me to pay a second time for repair work that was never done right in the first place. Instead I told them I would rather pay full price at a repair store that would do the work right.

Very poor work done by 'Best Foot Forward' in Pentagon Row in Alrington, VA and they would do little to make it right, even though stating the poor work was their fault. Don't go to this store!
