Harmful to pets
I am a VERY regular customer. I spend about $1, 000/month at this facility. I had a problem once with them over giving medication to my dog that he was not supposed to receive. This time, he was boarded past weekend for 4 days. I portion and supply his food (a very strict diet) and give just enough for the exact amount of meals for the stay. When I picked him up, they gave me back 2 meals worth of food. This means he was not fed twice. I, obviously, am very upset about it. He had a reservation again for the 25th of February, so I called the corporate office to make them aware of my dissatisfaction so maybe they could do something to make sure it didn't happen again. Instead, they blacklisted us from their facility and told US that we couldn't come back there. Not only does that make me have to CANCEL my trip, but it's a disgrace that they mess up so badly and make it the customers problem or fault. They were also supposed to bathe him and they said that he was, YET he came home with crusty poop in his paws. THAT IS JUST GROSS. If this happened to my dog, I can only imagine what happens to other peoples pets! When I asked them how these things can happen, the response is always, "I wasn't even here". So if the people checking me out are never the ones that were there, THEN WHO IS EVER THERE???
DO NOT USE THIS PLACE, THEY COULD WIND UP KILLING YOUR PET IF YOU'RE NOT CAREFUL!!!
FIND ANOTHER BOARDING FACILITY, THERE ARE MUCH BETTER ONES IN THE AREA!! IF YOU LOVE YOUR PETS, GO ELSEWHERE. BEST FRIENDS, they should be ashamed to call themselves that!!!
