I took my 3 dogs (all rescues) to this "resort" for ONE weekend. Bill was over 300.00 I asked that they stay together but if there was ANY problem price was NOT an issue and to use their discretion. They had my cell number and my vets cell number. In walking into the place it was total chaos. I asked to see where my dogs would be staying. It looked like a prison, cells on top and on bottom all around a small "play field" (for 5 minutes of pay they charge 6.00 PER DOG. Do they ever get this "playtime" who knows! All young kids working there. I called several times to check on my dogs and told that they were doing fine. Picked them up and they tried to tack on this 18.00 bogus charge for vet care which i brought to their attention that NO ONE was to touch my dogs until they called my Vet first and they had her card when I checked them in. They took that charge off. Again chaos in picking them up, We loaded them into my car, the two big ones in the back and the bull dog in the front passenger seat. He was whimpering and noticed a huge gaping gash down his chest and blood on the car seat as well as a bite mark in the side of his face. I called immediately and they said must have happened in the car. Funny he was with me alone in front seat. I spoke to the kennel manager and she offered NO explanation. Nothing. Oh she did say there was a storm when I was gone and maybe one of my other dogs bit him in fear. funny never happened before and if that was the case they told me that someone was at the facility 24/7 why werent the dogs checked on???????

NEVER USE THIS OVERPRICED SORRY EXCUSE FOR A "PET RESORT"!!!
