i bought a $2.95 disc and they stole $50.00 from my checking account. i called the 800 number and the man said their systems are down, and to call back tomorrow...i want my money back...the disc was nothing but a scam, and now they have stolen money from my account...please help!!! my [email protected]

I was supposed to be charges $2.95 and was charged that plus $.09 and $58.61. When I called the number on my bank statement they told me that the charge of $.09 was from my bank because the money went to an offshore account. The other charge of $58.61 was for a trial period in which I did not even recieve the CD. They told me they could not do anything because they were just an answering service for the company and I would have to EMAIL the company to speak to the billing department because they did not have a phone number!!! I am so furious... how do people get away with this!

I apparently bought a brochure for $2.95 they charged the $2.95 and then they charged $68.13 more without authorization.
